MediaSphere Medical is the sole owner and acts as the data controller of the information collected on www.signalssummit.com. The information secured during registration is strictly utilized for internal use, in order to confirm registrants as qualified professional attendees to the Signals Summit. Communication directed towards registrants, is solely related to the Signals Summit educational programming. Registration to the Signals Summit confirms acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy.

We will not sell, share, or rent this information or use it in ways other than those outlined in this statement. Personal information provided by you during registration will be solely utilized to confirm your attendance and communicate information exclusive to educational program, including provision of information to access the live broadcast of the Signals Summit, registration reminders, and information to directly claim Continuing Medical Education credits commensurate with the extent of your participation within the Signals Summit.

Information that identifies you as a specific individual will not be disclosed to others without your permission, except for those specific circumstances described in this policy or unless the disclosure is necessary to provide services that you have requested. We will not ask your permission to collect or use aggregate information about website visitors or registrants, since aggregate information does not identify you as a specific individual.

We are entitled to use your personal information for the sole purposes set out in this privacy policy because (i)  we have legal, regulatory and compliance obligations that we have to discharge to confirm your registered attendance as a qualified attendee and (ii) to ensure that you receive necessary information related to the Summit to enhance your attendance experience and (iii) to ensure that you have the opportunity to claim Continuing Medical Educational credits at the conclusion of the Summit and access the enduring on-demand Signals Summit video library..

Disclosures of Relationships and Competing Interests with Industry

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, and to attain the highest standards of excellence, MediaSphere maintains independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in educational programming. The Signals Summit requires faculty, to disclose and manage relationships between personal, professional, financial, or business interests when engaged in MediaSphere educational programming. Interests include relationships with for-profit companies, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies with interests or activities related to those of commercial supporter(s). While not all relationships are prohibited or harmful, full disclosure of such relationships is required and mechanisms are in place to identify and resolve potential or perceived conflicts of interest. Any relationship from the previous 12-month period that could influence objectivity related to Signals Summit needs to be disclosed.

All faculty disclosures are made available at the time of the Signals Summit. 

Email Messages

Registration to the Signals Summit confirms that you consent to the receipt of information solely related to the Signals Summit. If you no longer wish to receive e-mail correspondence, you may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the "unsubscribe" or opt-out instructions in our e-mail messages. Unsubscribing will remove you from all future correspondence from the Signals Summit. Information captured during registration will not be sold or rented to any 3rd party, or used for any purposes beyond direct communication related to Signals Summit programming.
